Each opponent may choose to deal between 2 and 4 damage to you. Then, put a red 1/1 goblin creature token onto the battlefield under your control for each damage dealt this way.
Not sure about the cost and numbers on this one, but I tried to work with the idea of your opponent choosing between potential short-term gain and long-term gain, like Truce does. The flavor is simply that when a planeswalker is antagonized, they have to keep their temper in check or there are consequences.
Then again, there are exceptions, like the following card.
