Since Sisay was the de facto Captain of the Weatherlight for much of the saga, it only seems fitting she'd get a card with WUBRG identity that allows you to play a commander deck with the entire crew in it.
Sisay, Weatherlight Captain2GW
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier
At the beginning of your end step, untap any number of legendary creatures you control. WUBRG, T: Look at the top five cards of your library. For each color, you may reveal a legendary card of that color from among them and put it into your hand. Then you may reveal a colorless legendary card from among them and put it into your hand. Then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
I kept her mana cost GW and her power and toughness 3/3 to match her original card. Originally she granted vigilance to legendary creatures you control, but since that wouldn't work ideally with Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist, I changed it to an EOT trigger that lets you choose how many creatures to untap and which ones to untap. Her WUBRG ability calls back to the original's tutor effect, only now you can draw up to five legendary cards per activation. Multicolor cards can be chosen for any one of their colors.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
